- 本项目位于重庆市渝中区，办公室位于高楼的39层，拥有宽广磅礴的城市视野景观。

- 为了更好的利用其景观资源，我们放弃了将独立办公室置于外墙侧，而是将独立办公室置于内侧，让出开放式办公区、休闲区、茶饮会议区，同时，也将参访者进入的视线引向这得天独厚的视野。本项目也摒弃了传统办公空间中性、冰冷、格式化的设计思路，使用大量木质纹理、暖色硬软装来进行视觉和氛围引导，力求给予使用者以温暖、受欢迎的使用感受。

 

- This project is located in Chongqing's Yuzhong District, on the 39th floor of a high-rise with expansive city views. To maximize these views, individual offices are placed inside, leaving the perimeter for open work areas, relaxation zones, and tea meeting spaces, drawing visitors' eyes to the scenery.

- The design rejects traditional neutral, cold, and formal office aesthetics. Instead, it uses wood textures and warm tones to create a visually and atmospherically inviting environment, offering a warm and welcoming experience for users.
