竞赛项目 Competition Entry

 

- 本次竞赛选址为安徽省祁门的金字牌瓷厂。对于老旧厂区的改造，本作聚焦于重构“祁门瓷厂”的价值观，将其由过去的追求效率的“工业生产”价值重构为“文化生产”、“味道生产”、“记忆生产”，通过对于不同功能片区的划分和原有建筑物的拆建改造，将不同的业态植入其中，并通过一系列的广场和室外空间进行串联。

- 本案拆除了大面积的原有低价值、低质量、越红线的厂房建筑，形成了大量的水景广场、室外剧场、花园、下沉广场等户外空间，同时重新规划了使用流线。

- 历史上的祁门红茶远销欧洲，作为皇室用茶闻名遐迩，更有一艘名为“祁门 Keemun”的商船在海上扬帆，是乘风破浪、勇往直前的祁门精神写照。本案的标志性建筑物由原有建筑物改造，形似一艘磅礴出海的巨轮，在祁门扬帆起航。

 

-The competition site is the Jinzipai Porcelain Factory in Qimen, Anhui Province. For the renovation of the old factory area, the focus is on reconstructing the values of the "Qimen Porcelain Factory," transforming it from the past emphasis on "industrial production" efficiency to "cultural production," "taste production," and "memory production." This will be achieved by dividing different functional zones and renovating the original buildings, integrating various business formats, and connecting them through a series of plazas and outdoor spaces.

-The project involves the demolition of large areas of original low-value, low-quality, and over-the-boundary factory buildings, creating numerous water feature plazas, outdoor theaters, gardens, and sunken plazas, while also redesigning the circulation flow.

-Historically, Qimen black tea was exported to Europe, renowned as a royal tea. A merchant ship named "Keemun" once sailed the seas, embodying the spirit of Qimen: brave and forward-looking. The landmark building in this project, transformed from the original structure, resembles a grand ship sailing out to sea, symbolizing the spirit of Qimen setting sail.
