竞赛项目 Competition Entry

- 本项目名为“檐下之意”，通过北、东、西围合形成庭院空间，营造安静而富有层次的氛围。

- 庭院北侧为静区，设置办公、医疗、阅览、浴室等功能，满足日常生活与康养需求；南侧为动区，布局老年食堂与草莓公社，融合草莓制品品尝、制作教学等多元业态，形成活力聚集的社区交流中心。

- 庭院内部植入树阵，既划分空间，又营造自然的光影变化。我们将原有建筑屋顶拆除，以独立结构重新构建新的屋面体系，通过屋顶挑出，形成由室内延伸至室外的灰空间，使空间过渡更加柔和。

- 檐下空间成为多重活动场所，可用于外摆、休憩、交流或赏景，赋予建筑生活气息。场地外部通过简洁明晰的设计手法重新组织交通体系，明确区分人车流线，实现人车分流，使院落、酒店与篮球场的动线互不干扰，从而保障整体环境的安全、秩序与使用的便利性。

- This project is named “Intent Beneath the Eaves”. The design forms a courtyard space enclosed on the north, east, and west sides, creating a serene and layered atmosphere.

- The northern side of the courtyard serves as a quiet zone, accommodating offices, medical facilities, a reading area, and bathrooms to meet daily living and wellness needs. The southern side functions as an active zone, housing a senior dining hall and a “Strawberry Commune,” integrating strawberry tasting, production workshops, and other activities, forming a vibrant community hub.

- Within the courtyard, a tree array is planted to both define spaces and create natural variations of light and shadow. The original building roof has been removed and replaced with an independent roof structure. By extending the roof outward, a transitional “gray space” from interior to exterior is formed, softening the spatial transition.

- The space beneath the eaves becomes a multifunctional area for outdoor seating, relaxation, social interaction, or enjoying the scenery, infusing the building with a sense of life. Externally, the site’s circulation system is reorganized with a clear and minimal design approach, separating pedestrian and vehicular flows to ensure that the movement paths of the courtyard, hotel, and basketball court do not interfere with each other. This guarantees safety, order, and convenience throughout the site.aesthetic value.
