竞赛项目 Competition Entry

- 本项目位于江门塘口镇，希望打造一个融合侨乡文化、乡村风光与现代建筑的多功能综合营地。

- 项目整体分为西侧商业组团和东侧民宿组团。

- 西侧建筑群体采用线性布局，集成了游客中心、非遗体验手工工作坊、纪念品商店、餐酒吧及观景塔等功能空间，是游客了解地方文化、体验传统手工艺的核心区域，游客可在这里购买具有地方特色的纪念品，或参与非遗手工艺创作，感受当地深厚的文化底蕴。

- 东侧的民宿组团则依托地块三角形形状，围绕中央的多功能草坪中庭布局，形成静谧的居住空间。民宿区紧邻稻田，设计上充分利用自然景观。北侧设置了多功能厅和书吧，游客可以在这里享受视野开阔的稻田景观，感受乡村的宁静与自然气息。

- 项目设置了三座塔楼，希望向传统碉楼竖向空间致敬，分别为：

光之塔：作为民宿组团的主入口，它象征着光与希望，为项目带来开放和包容的氛围。

水之塔：位于商业组团，底层为非遗多媒体展厅，二层为手工工作坊，外部环绕水系景观，创造出富有文化底蕴的互动空间。

风之塔：设在商业组团北侧，底层为餐酒吧，二三层为观景塔，游客可以在这里欣赏周围稻田与草地的美景。

- 建筑群围绕着古树、碉楼与草地，形成了一个绿色峡谷，使用现代建筑手法，在空间表现上向传统建筑致敬，通过多层次的设计、变化多样的建筑体量，整体立面节奏感活泼，秉承“尊重自然，传承文化”的理念，在保留地方传统的同时，提供舒适的现代生活空间，将历史与现代、文化与自然相融合。

- This project is located in Tangkou Town, Jiangmen, and aims to create a multifunctional camp that blends overseas Chinese heritage, rural scenery, and modern architecture.

- The site is divided into two main zones: a commercial area on the west and a guesthouse area on the east.

- The west zone features a linear layout with a visitor center, intangible cultural heritage (ICH) workshop, souvenir shop, restaurant & bar, and a viewing tower. It serves as a cultural hub where visitors can experience traditional crafts and purchase local souvenirs.

- The east zone is arranged around a central lawn, offering a peaceful living space next to rice fields. It includes a multi-function hall and book lounge, with open views of the surrounding landscape.

- Three symbolic towers reflect the spirit of traditional diaolou:

Tower of Light: Marks the main entrance to the guesthouse, symbolizing light and openness.

Tower of Water: In the commercial zone, with a multimedia exhibition and craft workshop, surrounded by water features.

Tower of Wind: Contains a bar and observation decks, offering scenic views of the fields.

- The architecture surrounds old trees, diaolou, and grasslands, forming a “green canyon.” Modern design techniques pay tribute to traditional forms, balancing nature and culture, history and modern living, under the theme: “Respect Nature, Inherit Culture.”
